What a fabulous workshop this was. We all had a great time and made delicious healthy chocolate and shared it with everyone as well. Super informative and Steve and Jenny are such great teachers they explain everything so well. I would highly recommend this workshop for anyone who likes chocolate and would like to make better choices for their health for themselves and their loved ones. All the ingredients are top quality and organic. We added essential oils to our blends and it just gives you skills and ideas and confidence AND you get to take your treats home to share! - that's if they make it that far! Can't wait for the next one!

Very enjoyable inspiring workshop run by holistic nutrition experts. It was good to have a go at making healthy raw chocolate and get some practical experience, and much chocolate was eaten! Wow, what a lovely raw chocolate making workshop. Lots of knowledge on the ingredients and making lovely delicious raw chocolate. Had a lovely morning learning and making beautiful foods. Thoroughly recommend these workshops for all levels you will have lots of fun with good company too.

The 9D Breathwork had a profound effect on me, I really felt the frequencies in my arms and chest particularly. I think the 432HZ harmonic tuning was really smart and made me feel relaxed and like I could conquer the rest of the day.

Really enjoyed the kimchi fermenting workshop last Wednesday. It tastes delicious!
