Excellent service from James - rang up due to having issues with the door not locking, he popped over within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue (faulty gearbox in the lock) and fitted a new door handle in about 10 minutes. Cheers James

Absolutely total con. Web site said no call out fee but I was charged £89 for this and an outrageous labour charge for less than 5 minutes. The door was locked (would not lock before) but once opened would not relock, so did not resolve the problem. I felt intimidated into paying!

Absolutely brilliant service - our lock broke a few months back and we had a prompt efficient service where it was fixed . Last week the door wouldn’t lock- The door frame had moved so we couldn’t lock the door - once again fantastic service without delay , fixed the door with a friendly helpful service I cant recommend enough - so impressed Thank you ☺️
